At first it looks like another cosplay model photo and in fact it is on the surface.
If You take a closer look You'll see the difference,
some details that made me to love this shot.
Posed but not exactly - it is a bit candid, I mean spontaneous in posing - and that makes it more natural.
Colours are nicely spread in the composition, red and blue co-operate well, yellowish blonde hair accent sets the balance.
About a model - love her face, not here only, check the gallery, photos differ with the same person on them. Freckles she bears on her face are just lovely. I could say how much I adore her legs and this sexy part of uncovered body but it would be rated 18+ so lets stay with what I already wrote.
Beautiful model, nice composition and colours.
Technically You may say this cut legs (hip/foot) is wrong
but I take it as a fashion-like portrait in a bit old American style cropping
